Soulmate
Wow... I've just finished an old drama, "Soulmate" starred by Lee Soo Kyung. I can't help but like Soo Kyung more and more.. She has this really friendly face, and her smile is just... too intoxicating. I love her in comedy, but I gonna admit she is really good in sad dramas too... She can just burst into tears within seconds.. That's really remarkable and impressive. Anyway, Soulmate is really a unique drama. The concept is really special, and the soundtrack is just perfect. The ending of the drama is also kind of like a cliffhanger, make us crave for a sequel (Sadly there isn't one). The drama started off with a few characters with different story, completely unrelated to one another. Then, as the story develops, they start to meet each other and it gets more and more engaging. The drama also started off really funny, really comical.. Near the end the drama became really emotional. I totally love those scene where the lead male and Soo Kyung cross each other without noticing their presence. Those scenes, combining with the awesome soundtrack, was ridiculously beautiful. The soundtrack, "C'mon through" and many other songs have such huge impact for me.. After all, I'm a huge fan of indie music. The ending shows the male lead and Soo Kyung separate - The male lead went to america while Soo Kyung stayed in S.Korea. However, three months later, Soo Kyung decided to go to Japan to study photography. Ironically, it turns out that the male lead also went to Japan for some reason. Whether they met in Japan wasn't shown in the drama, I guess they want to leave it to our imagination. I wasn't expecting such an ending and the thought of "Would they meet again in Japan?" gives me goosebumps. My guess is that they did meet each other in Japan, since I believe the two are true soul mates. Great drama, very unique. I love comedy + emotional drama.. Where there's a balance between sweetness and pain. The poster of the drama also looks really interesting:

Beauty is defined by your smile
It's 2.40am... And it's Saturday! A few hours ago was still Friday.. and I spent quite sometime to finish two of my assignment. I'm finally getting the pressure of poly life. I'm lucky enough to have started on my research earlier.. cause I've just receive more assignments! All must be handed in on Monday. I'm also done with my wiring sculpture.. Something I do not wish to do ever again.. it's not only tedious, but also painful. Well, because I do not have the necessary equipment - the pliers I used were all rusty. Anyway.. I guess I'm having a new celebrity crush now.. She was in my list of 10 top already, I'm just increasing her position. She is none other than Lee Soo Kyung. Her role in "loving you a thousand times" (I'm current watching) is just too sweet to resist. Ever since I saw her in "Golden era of Daughter-in-law", I knew she have some kind of potential. I've a thing or two for girls with a sisterly vibe, and she's just perfect! Furthermore, she smile is comparable to Hyo Joo's.. I've no words to describe it. She is current my top 4.. nearly 3, along side with Lee Yo Won, following Ku Hye Sun at top 2 and Han Hyo Joo at top 1. I don't think she is very famous because I mostly see her in soap opera only.. And soompi don't even have an official thread for her, so it's kinda hard to get more information on her. I've just saw an old video of her and min woo (from shinwa) playing a game in Xman (Variety show). I remember seeing Hyo Joo play that game before and it's really hilarious. She and minwoo were so cute!! And her last comeback was really awesome... Minwoo asked if he have a place in her heart, and she replied "Of course.. But only a very very small portion of it" causing huge laughter. I gonna say I like Minwoo really well too... He treats girl so nicely! I'm going to post the video below.. Enjoy that cute little game! :)
