A stupid story

Once upon a time, in a country that can't even been seen in the world map, lies a small town. Living there were ordinary people leading humble lifes. Among them, there was a boy. The boy didn't care much about education, and past elementary school just by luck. The boy didn't know his language well, thus having trouble communicating. In secondary school, he doesn't have much friend. His lack of ability to speak resulted in his lack of confident and therefore, an introvert he was. His life was full of insult, criticism, indignant and humiliation. He continued and came to a point where he realised the importance of education, family, friends and every little things in life. He spent times listening to music, while contemplating about life and wonders. He looked up to the sky and wonder what lies above the huge patch of darkness and glistening dust. The next big time was he found someone sharing the same interest with him. She was optimistic and bubbly, the kind of girl he like. The boy took the initiative to know her in an unrealistic world. They'd fun chatting together. However, things wasn't going smoothly in the real world. The boy was an introvert and find it hard to talk to the girl in the real world. Awkwardness starts to interject and soon, they started ignoring each other. If you doesn't know a person, its always easy to introduce youself. However, if you'd already know that person, how are you going to reintroduce yourselves? The boy was helpless and stress. He tend to avoid the girl whenever he sees her, and he knows he can't hide forever. Then, he had a thought. What if.. What if the girl was having the same kind of trouble. What if the girl was an introvert too? But the boy ain't taking chances. He was paranoia and know what was best for him. But whats in stored for him will only be regrets.

Servicing my nation with reluctantness and fear

My brother had went to serve National Service and I'll be moving to a new environment soon. This year, without doubt, will be different. There are so many changes made, and so many new difficulties. After touring around the NS camp base, I dunno whether I'm intrigued or intimidated... Maybe both. All the torture, training and brotherhood thingy, I absolutely love it. Especially those gun practices. But when it came to the thought of trapping in NS for 2 years.. DAMN! It is like being imprisonment. And all those tortures just suit it well. We gonna wake up at 5.30am and start doing stupid exercises and this and that, this and that.. Thats how we will spend our life in the NS for 2 years. Anyway, like I said, my dear brother enlisted to NS yesterday and he was like so freaking nervous. I was like, "C'mon, no worries. With such huge muscles, nothing should be a problem." Hey, if a muscle boy like him is going half-dead in NS, what about a lankey like me? Cut me some slack! You're going to be just fine, Bro! :D
